Grand Sapphire City Hotel

The property was excellent, it was clean and modern. The superior room is luxurious and spacious with a huge bed, a a two seater sofa and an arm chair with a coffee table in the room, even with this there’s still plenty of space on the floor. There’s also a desk to work at, a TV and kettle to make tea and coffee. The wardrobes are very big with plenty of room and they have mirrored doors from floor to ceiling. There are also long full body mirrors either side of the bed on the walls which is a nice touch. Smoking is allowed in the room and ashtrays are provided and cleaned daily. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The ironing service was fast. Everyday someone would come to the room and change the bedding, provide shower gels and empty the bins, they even folded my clothes that were left out, this was a really thoughtful thing to do. I had a piece of music equipment, a MacBook and other valuable items that were left on the desk in the room everyday, everything was untouched. Very trustworthy staff. The Gym had everything needed for a good full body workout. Didn’t used the pool though it looked clean and big. The hotel is 1 minute from a late night convenience store, coffee shops, clothes shops and a place to eat. It’s a 10-15 minute walk to the popular bars and places to eat which are near the University. Overall our stay was excellent with the best hotel service we’ve ever experienced. I would definitely come and stay there again as my first choice in this part of Famagusta.

The location was good although close to centre it was quiet. The staff were friendly and helpful and even sorted a taxi for us. The breakfast was nice . We didnt get to use the spa facilities,pool or gym but they looked nice .

Very pleasant hotel, Zeineb at Reception Desk recognised me as a repeater guest - nice touch. Front Office Manager Mr. Soner do his best to make you stay comfortable! Very friendly and helpful!!! Room is clean, bed is very good! TV with Netflix & You Tube can be connected to you telephone. Reflexology foot massage I made - Krishma is a real doctor - she also fixed my back pain very easy! Deserved promotion!!!

The location was in a quiet place in a local neighbourhood. Reception staff very pleasant and check in quickly. Luggage taken to our room. All facilities in the room were top notch. One thing that could have been useful would be sachets of milk for the tea only had coffee mate. Shower had excellent pressure. Spacious wardrobe. Beds very comfortable. Had a lovely indoor swim in the morning in the pool. Breakfast was fabulous all you could eat buffet. We had a leisurely breakfast and after a couple of coffees went for more food as we had a full days travel ahead of us. Check out very simple quick and easy
